Our hen Guarantee

Every hen is fully vaccinated (more info on faqs page)and comes with a one-week health guarantee. If you have any concerns, let us know as soon as possible.

Within that week, we'll offer a credit note or a like-for-like exchange for any hen in poor health (stress-related issues excluded, unless our care advice has been followed).

The guarantee doesn't cover predator loss, escapes, or behavioural issues. We stand by the quality of our birds, but once they've left us we can't control their environment — so cover is limited to one week.

Prize Draw

As a thank you for your support over the years, we'll be giving away a £50 e-voucher when each new batch of hybrids becomes available next year 😊 (6 draws in total).

The winner of each draw will be picked at random from anyone following us on Facebook or Instagram who comments on the prize post. Links below!

  • The e-voucher can be used against an existing order or any new purchase from our website
  • There's no cash alternative to the voucher
  • The dates of the draws (new hybrid batches) can be found on our website
  • Winners will be contacted around those dates and announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages
